San Francisco

Veggie burritos and soyrizo tacos in the Mission. Hipster breakfast. Impossibly hip cafes packed with young people staring intently into laptops. Vegan restaurants. The pirate supply store. Paxton Gate.

The sun shining on my back as I walk down 16th avenue. Used book stores with cats in them. Crazy basement.

Vintage charades: "You tell 'em toothache, you've got the nerve."

Bay windows. Ornately detailed Victorian houses. Purple Victorian houses.

Earthquake!

Whenever I go to San Francisco, I get this "wouldn't it be cool to move here?" feeling which is shattered by the realization that I'm just not nearly hip enough to actually pull it off.
