ShiboriShibori is a Japanese technique of tie-dyeing. The silk is wrapped around a tube and then tied tightly with with string wound around the wrapped silk. Dye is applied to the scarf with a dropper or brush, and allowed to bleed through the wrapped silk. My page advertising Joy-Lily's shibori courses shows pictures of shibori techniques. 30" x 30"
