About the Customer Surveys
For 8 years I participated in the annual Cadence Users Group conference, representing Cadence Technical Publications. Using surveys such as the ones shown, I was able to gather year-to-year data about users' general satisfaction, as well as to ask focused questions following up on particular issues in any given year.
I solicited input from a team of writers to create the survey questions. Surveys were administered at a Publications "booth" at the conference, with customers receiving gifts in return for completing them. Data was entered into a FileMaker Pro database and Excel spreadsheets. I analyzed the data gathered each year and wrote complete reports. In the interest of keeping Cadence information confidential, I have not dated the survey forms shown, nor can I post the results of these surveys.
